Manual Lymph Drainage is a gentle and rhythmic form of massage which targets your lymphatic system to facilitate and encourage the natural flow of fluids in your body. While MLD is used most often to treat lymphedema for cancer patients, it is very effective for any type of swelling, de-toxifying, immune boosting, digestive issues, sinus relief, post operative swelling and more.
