Sundays 11am-12pm

Roll and Restore, $5-20 sliding scale

Foam rolling, gentle stretching, and restorative postures for athletic balance, rehabilitation, self care, and ease in the body and mind.

 

Mondays by Appointment

One on one (or with a partner) tutorials for massage, lymphatic issues, personalized yoga.

$40/hour

 

Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm

Flow Yoga, $5-20 sliding scale

For fitness, focus, flexibility, stability, and peace of mind. Warming, moving with the breath, closing with meditation.

 

Wednesdays by Appointment

One on one (or with a partner) tutorials for massage, lymphatic issues, personalized yoga.

$40/hour

 

Wednesdays 12-12:45pm

Yoga Nidra, $5 donation

Guided meditation based on the principles of an ancient yogic practice that's becoming increasingly popular as both a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation that typically is done for 35 to 40 minutes at a time.

 

Fridays 9:30-10:30am

Flow and Restore, $5-20 sliding scale

Warming slow flow for balance and ease through transitions, matched with restorative postures for recovery.
